He has played for Steely Dan for more than 20 years, winning a Grammy with them for ‘Album of the year’ in 2001 on his debut recording with the band “Two Against Nature”.

Keith joins us from Nashville for this episode of Drum Talk International to talk about how he handles stepping into a gig following the likes of Simon Phillips and Vinnie Colaiuta, and explains the process he went through with Gretsch to produce his Keith Carlock signature snare drum.
